1. To conclude an agreement for provision of cars owned by “Kaztemirtrans” JSC for transportation of goods in carryalls owned by JSC “Kaztemirtrans” (covered cars, gondola cars, universal platforms):
within the Republic of Kazakhstan by entering into an agreement for provision of services by car operator in any of the regional branches of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC. Contacts of regional branches>>>. Information about the technology of transportation can be also obtained in the regional branch of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC;
outside of the Republic, you can conclude an agreement for provision of services by the operator of cars, according the following contacts of Astana 8 (717-2) 613-676, 613-675, 613-673, 613-674, after sending a request to sales@ kaztt.kz
inside and outside of the Republic you need to pay for a loaded flight through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or provide code notifications for payment of the loaded tariff across the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in transit, you need the services of a shuttle train, or sold rates including forwarding. It is necessary to send an official request to conclude an agreement for provision of transport expedition services to tarif@kaztt.kz.
2. All requests sent to tarif@kaztt.kz from 09.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m. are registered during the current working day. The request is assigned the number of the incoming document, which is processed by the responsible manager subsequently.
3. To receive a response regarding the responsible manager, you need to call the Сall-center of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC - 8 (717-2) 613-693, 613-694, 613-695,613-696 and give your outgoing document number, so Сall-center will determine the number of the incoming document in “Kaztemirtrans” JSC and direct you to the manager, dealing with the issue of concluding a contract according to your request.
4. The term of conclusion of the contract is three working days from the date of registration of the Client's request.
